  • Once you've subscribed, you'll receive a confirmation with a unique code. You can redeem this code when booking your appointment online, or apply it directly by clicking Schedule from your confirmation email. If you need any support, we're here to help.

  • You'll be billed on the same day each month as your initial purchase date. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of every month.

  • Memberships are billed monthly with a six-month minimum commitment. This ensures your skin receives the consistent care it needs to truly transform.

  • The Grounded Membership creates a beautiful foundation for teenage skin. We can incorporate blue light therapy to support clarity and address any breakouts or bacteria they might be experiencing.

  • Yes. The Celestial Membership offers deeply nourishing, gentle treatments that are safe and supportive throughout pregnancy. Please let us know when booking so we can tailor your care appropriately.

  • Absolutely. We offer several add-ons that can be incorporated into any appointment. You'll simply pay for these at the end of your session.

  • Your monthly facial will roll over into the following month if you need to skip, but we don't pause memberships. If you're one of our snowbird clients heading south for the winter, we're happy to cancel your membership and reactivate it when you return in the spring.

  • You can gift your complimentary guest pass to anyone who hasn't yet experienced a facial at Earth Skin Studio. To share this gift, please contact us at 403-963-9273 (call or text) and we'll help you arrange their appointment.

  • Memberships are designed for your personal skincare journey and cannot be transferred to another person.

  • No worries. Your facial will roll over into the following month, allowing you to receive two treatments that month if you'd like.
